- Our Wellness Nurse makes routine visits to the residents, assessing their health. She will make recommendations to the physician for changes in the treatment plan or referral to therapy if a decline is seen in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, walking, memory, eating, etc.). This helps to keep residents healthy longer and possibly avoid a serious medical or health setback requiring a nursing home or hospital stay.
