• Our Wellness Nurse makes visits to the residents, assessing their health as needed for the residents in Independent Living. She will make recommendations to the physician for changes in the treatment plan or referral to therapy if a decline is seen in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, walking, memory, eating, etc.). This helps to keep residents healthy longer and possibly avoid a serious medical or health setback requiring a nursing home or hospital stay.
