Human Resources and Public Relations

In this position you will perform/coordinate all activities associated with personnel recruitment, retention and administration.

Must be able to work well with people, exhibiting a professional and caring personality.  Must be well organized and have good follow through. Must have good interpersonal communication skills and be able to direct and supervise others.

Bachelors degree required. Experience may be substituted in lieu of formal education in some circumstances. Training in personnel management and office management helpful.

RN

As an RN here you will assist in providing physical and emotional services and support to the aged and infirm to ensure their maximum safety and comfort in conformance with established standards and practices.

Must have experience in problem solving, time management, work organization, and priority setting. Must posses effective interpersonal communication skills. Must be prepared for physical, mental, and behavioral problems exhibited by residents. Must alert staff to behavior around residents, coworkers/subordinates. Competent to work each nursing unit.

Must be a graduate of accredited school of nursing and hold a current and valid nursing license.  

LPN

As an LPN here you will assist in providing physical and emotional services and support to the aged and infirm to ensure their maximum safety and comfort in conformance with established standards and practices.

Must have experience and ability in problem solving, time management, work organization and priority setting. Must possess effective interpersonal communication skills. Must be prepared for physical, mental, behavioral problems exhibited by residents.Must alert staff to behavior around residents, co-workers/subordinates. Competent to work each nursing unit.

Graduate of accredited school of nursing and hold a current and valid nursing license

STNA

As an STNA here you will assist the nursing staff in providing physical and emotional services and support to the aged and infirm to ensure their maximum safety and comfort in conformance with established standards and practices.

Patience and tact when dealing with residents, residents family, and staff. Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, some of which may involve unpleasant conditions. Must be able to organize time and prioritize work. This position is at risk of occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens. Resourcefulness and self-control in emergency situation. Must have ability to adapt to diversified activities.  

Must have high school diploma or equivalent and STNA credential.  

ASSISTANT COOK

A cook assistant assists in daily food preparation, meal service, meal delivery, storage, and cleaning.

Must exhibit patience when dealing with residents, residents family, and staff. Ability to work well with others. Considerable initiative in judgement involved in setting up meals and presenting food in an attractive and palatable manor.

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in hospitality/food services. 

DIETARY AIDE

As a Dietary Aide you will assist in the daily production of resident meal services, food prep, tray assembly, and clean up while adhering to state standards and regulations.

Must have ability to follow written and oral instruction.

Minimum 8th grade education.
