Administrator
Caroline Childs Jellison
With over 30 years of experience in senior living and skilled nursing care, Caroline is a dynamic leader dedicated to excellence in long-term care administration. As Chief of Operations & Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, she leads with integrity, compassion, and a relentless commitment to enhancing the lives of residents and staff alike. Caroline’s career spans owning and operating a long-term care facility in Ohio, joining the nation’s largest skilled nursing operator in Maryland, and now overseeing multi-campus senior living operations in Stark County. Her leadership is defined by a strategic vision, a focus on regulatory excellence, and a passion for fostering innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement. A champion of quality care, Caroline is known for building high-performing teams and implementing forward-thinking initiatives that enhance resident experiences. Her dedication goes beyond operations—she is committed to creating communities where residents thrive and staff feel valued.

Admissions Director
Lisa Sedjo
Lisa has been a member of the Brewster Parke team since July 18, 1996. Prior to joining the Admissions department, she spent a year working in Assisted Living and reception.
Throughout her many years in Admissions, she has truly enjoyed working with families and guiding them through the complexities of placement and the financial aspects of senior care. Through her close work with the Medicaid program, she has gained extensive knowledge to help ease this transition for our residents and their loved ones.
Outside of work, she spends her free time with her two amazing daughters, Stevie and Samantha, and her grandchildren. She is a Massillon Tiger Fanatic and loves Ohio State football. She enjoys quiet days at home and vacationing on tropical beaches.

Director of Therapy Services
Krystal Hewitt
Krystal is a certified and licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant, having graduated from Stark State College in 2014. With a passion for patient care, Krystal advanced in her career, taking on her first therapy management position in 2019. She later became the Director of Rehab for Brewster Parke and Bel-Air after five years of dedicated service.
Outside of her professional life, Krystal has been married for 19 years to her husband Bryce and is a proud mother of two children, CJ,11, and Jocelyn,7. She stays actively involved in her community through her children’s sports, church, and family life.

Recreation Director & Captain of Fun
Jillian Roshong, APC
Jillian, our Recreation Director, is the official Captain of Fun on site! Her mission is to bring the noise, the joy, the friendship, and the occasionally questionable dance moves to the residents of our community.
As an Activity Professional Certified (APC), Jillian pairs her natural energy with a high level of professional expertise. Her 14-year career in the field was built from the ground up through a diverse range of roles, including Receptionist, Central Supply Manager, and Transportation Manager. Combined with her hands-on experience as an STNA and Activities Aide, this 360-degree view of facility operations ensures every program is both seamlessly organized and clinically thoughtful. This unique blend of administrative precision and direct care experience allows for personally tailored activities that are deeply engaging and contribute to the total well-being of the residents.
A devoted fan of Judy Garland and the classic magic of The Wizard of Oz, Jillian finds daily inspiration in the pursuit of joy—she’s always looking for a rainbow! That love for wonder is channeled into creative planning; you might catch a glimpse of her signature sparkly red sneakers on very special days or hear a few bars of "Get Happy" during a themed event.
Beyond the entertainment, Jillian’s focus remains on fostering a deep sense of belonging and fulfillment for everyone. Her ultimate goal is simple: to ensure every resident knows there is no place like our home by delivering purpose, connection, and wonder every single day.

Event Planner
Noelle Rogovin
As Event Planner for Brewster Parke, Noelle uses her creativity and passion for service to make every day feel like a holiday for our Independent & Assisted Living residents. She earned her BFA from Ringling College of Art and Design, focusing on Fine Art, Sculpture, and Painting. Raised in a family devoted to long-term elder care, Noelle blends compassion, creativity, and versatility in all she does. Outside of work, she enjoys renovation projects and running 1/8-scale live steam trains.

John S. Childs II
With over 30 years of experience in senior living, John has dedicated his career to ensuring that residents receive compassionate, high-quality care. As the Administrator of Brewster Parke Senior Living Community and Assistant Administrator of Bel Air Senior Living Community, John leads with a commitment to excellence, fostering communities where residents thrive, families feel reassured, and staff feel valued. John’s journey in senior care began with hands-on roles in maintenance, activities, and dining, giving him a unique perspective on the importance of every detail in creating a supportive environment. His leadership is rooted in operational expertise, a deep respect for the dignity of every individual, and a passion for innovation in elder care management. Beyond his professional role, John is actively involved in community engagement, serving as a member of various Chambers of Commerce and dedicating himself to mentorship, faith, and family. His unwavering dedication to long-term care continues to elevate the standard of senior living and positively impact the lives of residents, families, and staff.

RCF Clinical Coordinator
Shannon Arnholt, LPN
Shannon has been a dedicated member of the Brewster Parke team since December 15, 2014. Prior to becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse, Shannon worked for 12 years as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), gaining extensive experience in resident care and developing a strong foundation in long-term care. She pursued her nursing education and graduated in 2009, beginning her career as an LPN that same year.
Upon joining Brewster Parke, Shannon served as a floor nurse in the Long-Term Care facility. Throughout her tenure, she also held roles as a Restorative Nurse and Wound Nurse, where she further developed her clinical expertise and commitment to quality resident care. In October 2020, she transitioned to the Assisted Living department as Clinical Coordinator, where she provides clinical leadership and supports the health and well-being of residents and staff.
Shannon’s connection to Brewster Parke extends beyond her professional role. Both of her parents have been residents within the Brewster Parke Skilled Nursing community, giving her a deeply personal appreciation for the organization’s mission and the importance of compassionate, family-centered care.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Shannon enjoys spending time with her children and has a strong interest in motorsports, particularly NASCAR and sprint car racing. Each July, she and her family attend races at Eldora Speedway as part of a long-standing family tradition.

Social Worker
Jennifer Childs
Jennifer is a 1984 graduate of Jackson High School and earned her degree in Elementary Education from Kent State University. After teaching at St. Mary's for three years, Jennifer joined our family business, where she has spent over 35 years dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors.
Jennifer is the mother of four children: Zachary, Rachael, Christian, and Anthony. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, bicycling, paddleboarding, golfing, and bowling. Jennifer also enjoys playing piano, flute and guitar. She is also a longtime member of Brewster Friends Church, where she enjoys singing on the praise team.

MDS Coordinator
Renee Larch, LPN
Renee is a Licensed Practical Nurse since 1989, with 29 years of experience as an MDS nurse. She takes pride in delivering compassionate, detail-oriented care and supporting positive outcomes for patients. When not working, she cherishes time with her family, especially her four grandchildren, and enjoys relaxing beach vacations and weekend getaways with her husband.
