Caroline’s career spans owning and operating a long-term care facility in Ohio, joining the nation’s largest skilled nursing operator in Maryland, and now overseeing multi-campus senior living operations in Stark County. Her leadership is defined by a strategic vision, a focus on regulatory excellence, and a passion for fostering innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
