Friendly service with staff always checking on us. The room was clean with a TV and a comfortable bed. My husband had 3 good meals and I was able to join him for supper. They offer a church service on Sunday and Wednesday. The people were always friendly and ready with a smile. Service dogs are allowed to visit and they offer barber/hair stylist services when needed. Highly recommend!

Brewster Park is truly miraculous. The Child’s family and all the staff members over the past 50 years have accomplished something that could only have been done under the Lord’s guidance, direction and blessing. The present staff of about a hundred-and-a-quarter wonderful people are a considerable blessing each day to the nearly 150 residents. They reach out, encourage and love us each day. The dietary crew work SO hard each day in providing us with well-chosen and wonderfully prepared meals. The activities staff exert creative and high energy to create and implement meaningful and enjoyable activities five days each week. I have only lived here for about eight months. These have been some of the most meaningful and enjoyable months I have ever spent during my senior years. Each time I drive back into the Parke after being out shopping in the area, I often say out loud “We are home, Father God: Brewster Parke!”

I’ve had the privilege of working at Brewster Parke for the past 10 years, and I willingly drive an hour each day because of how much I believe in this place. It’s more than just a job—it’s a second home, and the sense of community and compassion here is truly unmatched.
My connection to Brewster Parke goes beyond employment. My mother was a resident before her passing, and the care, respect, and kindness she received gave me peace during a very difficult time. My father has also stayed here multiple times for skilled nursing care, and each time, he received excellent treatment from a team that genuinely cares.
It’s not easy to find a facility that combines professional care with a personal touch, but Brewster Parke manages to do just that. I’m proud to be part of a place that treats residents like family and staff with the same level of respect and appreciation.

I just love, love, love this place! It is so warm and friendly and there's always something exciting happening here. My favorites are the regular Happy Hours in the pub and the bus trips.

My mother-in-law passed away about a week ago, Thanksgiving Day. The care that she received from the staff was outstanding. During her stay at Brewster Parke for 2 years, She was so happy. The staff always was so helpful with her daily activities. Everyone at this facility treated you like you were family. I could sleep at night knowing she was in good hands. The staff answered any questions. It was so nice to be included in your care planning. When the time came that she needed more care Hospice was suggested. We want to say thanks to the many aides, and nurses, the care planning team. The laundry and cleaning employees would come in with a smile. The day we had to admit her into the nursing home the admissions director, Lisa made this such a good experience. Thank you.

I've worked in the therapy department at Brewster Parke in different capacities since 2015, and over the years, it's consistently felt like home. The grounds are peaceful and well-cared for which adds to a sense of comfort. What stands out the most is the thoughtful continuum of care offered – from independent and assisted living to skilled nursing and rehabilitation. It's genuinely family-oriented with a sense of connection that is hard to find elsewhere.

I am so thankful for Brewster Parke skilled nursing and the staff. My mom had to be admitted from home due to she was unable to care for herself and needed 24 hour care. She was unable to stand or walk in her own due to pain. She is now able to stand and ambulate with a walker thanks to therapy and all the staff that truly care about her. She has improved greatly since being here and continues to improve with the help of the staff. The administrative staff, nursing staff and therapy are wonderful.

I could not have found a better nursing facility than Bel Air! They not only cared for my mother, but always went above and beyond my expectations. They didn’t treat my mother like a resident, but as a true, genuine friend and human.
They took on more responsibility which in return, helped me out tremendously. I personally want to shout out Ashley & Tonya; those two women were extraordinary to my mother. They truly took care of my mother as if she was their own mother and I never had to worry about my mother’s well-being while in their hands. My mother always praised those two women and loved them dearly. My mother would always be so happy when they were working because it made my mother feel important, valued, and cared for. They’ve helped me out more than what they could ever imagine. Every time my mother was in the hospital and especially her last weeks here, Tonya would ALWAYS call me and check in on my mother and myself and would always finish the phone call with “tell her she has to get better because I miss her”. Tonya also sent me a condolence card in the mail after my mother had passed and to me and that meant so much to me. I would give this facility 5+ stars because they truly do care for their residents and value them as humans. I would absolutely recommend Bel Air as a nursing facility for your loved one.
